Skywonder provides:

• GPS tracking hardware devices
• GPS tracking software platform (Traqcare)
• Cloud-based fleet management solutions
• White-label GPS tracking software
• Technical support and maintenance services

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your account

4. Product Orders and Payments

4.1 Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) may apply

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payment must be made according to agreed terms
• We accept wire transfer, PayPal, and other agreed payment methods

• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier

6. Warranty and Returns

6.1 Product Warranty

• Hardware products carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Warranty is void if product is opened or tampered with

6.2 Return Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days for unopened products
• Buyer pays return shipping costs
• Restocking fee may apply (15-20%)
• Custom or white-label products are non-returnable

• White-label partners receive branding rights as per agreement
• Source code and proprietary technology remain our property
• Branding rights terminate upon contract expiration

9. Data and Privacy

• Your use of Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy
• You own the data collected by your GPS devices
• We process data as your service provider
• You are responsible for complying with data protection laws
• You must have legal right to track vehicles/assets

10. Service Level and Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime for our platform
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance
• We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
• GPS accuracy depends on satellite availability and environmental factors

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
• GPS tracking is a tool; you are responsible for proper use and compliance

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Skywonder harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

• Your use of our Services
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Unauthorized or illegal tracking activities

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• Cancel subscription anytime with 30 days notice
• No refunds for remaining subscription period
• Data export available upon request before termination

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Payment is overdue
• You engage in illegal or harmful activities
• Account is inactive for extended period

14. Modifications to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

15. Governing Law and Disputes
